Grilled Octopus, drizzled with a Salsa Negra, over a bed of Ensalada de Pulpo with Cilantro, Sweet Potato, Serrano Pepper, and Onion tossed in a Garlic Pepper Aioli.

Huachinango (Red Snapper)
A whole Red Snapper, coated with Adobo, grilled and then baked. Served with Baja Slaw and our house rice.
