Grilled Octopus, drizzled with a Salsa Negra, over a bed of Ensalada de Pulpo with Cilantro, Sweet Potato, Serrano Pepper, and Onion tossed in a Garlic Pepper Aioli.

Texas Passion
Yeehaw! Get ready for a taste of Texas with this zesty concoction. We’re mixing Balcones Baby Blue whiskey and Chipotle-infused LALO Blanco Tequila with sweet passion fruit puree and a hint of guajillo, all topped with bubbly Topo Chico. Served on the rocks in a Tajín-rimmed Collins glass (or martini, partner!), it’s a fiesta in every sip, especially with that tequila-kissed chipotle pepper slice. Howdy, delicious!
